The Puka Lani Villa at Wailea Beach Villas, also known as "Penthouse 111", provides two California king bedrooms, a third den bedroom sleeping space, and a queen sofa bed along with two marble bathrooms. This beautiful villa, whose name translates from the Hawai'ian language as "The Gateway to Heaven", has more than 2,200 square feet of elegantly contemporary "Tommy Bahama" style decor with partial ocean views in a convenient ground floor walk-in location. It is exceptionally well appointed and fully equipped with above-average quality decor and appointments. A tremendous amount of tender loving consideration has been invested to create a vacation home that will satisfy guests with five-star expectations. Set in a south and southwest facing location, Puka Lani Villa is conveniently shaded from most direct sun, making it comfortable to enjoy the outdoor terrace throughout the day. The walk-in location overlooking the family pool, spa, and gym is a great asset. The adult pool and spa, as well as Wailea Beach and the beach front paved pedestrian promenade are also easily reached by strolling just a short distance through the gardens past a dramatic waterfall. The Shops at Wailea are less than one block away and can be reached by stepping out the front door and rounding the corner of the Penthouse building.

Floor to ceiling solid glass doors and screen doors retract for an open-air living experience. The ocean view is quite good and combined with the decor this villa is an exceptional value at the rates charged.
