The property is located between the Grand Wailea Hotel to the south and the Outrigger Hotel to the north. The Shops at Wailea, which opened in November 2000, is situated to the east or mauka (mountain) to the property. There is direct access to a beach area and the many stunning ocean vistas of Wailea. The Wailea Beach Villas are brand new 3 bedroom 4.5 bath or 4 bedroom 5.5 bath luxurious estate homes situated nearby two of South Maui's finest sandy swimming beaches within the world famous Wailea Resort.

You may add an optional oversized studio bedroom for up to 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Also, you may further add the adjacent Wailea Sunset Bungalow and enjoy as many as 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths.

Guests have exclusive use of their own hot tub and pool situated under the stars.

The Wailea Beach Villas is an exquisite 4,000 square foot villa with a priceless and stunning panoramic ocean front setting.
